HELLOOOOO :D

DAY3
rawr. i fell sick. like quite sick. sick enough to be sent out to see a doctor at sengkang polyclinic. OWELL. but i heard all about today. haha. ENGSOON had team bondg and it was awesome. haha. dont really know the details, but here are some pictures!(:

DAY4
kayak expedition! hahah. couldnt wait man. tralala. althou i was still feeling abit shitty, i wanted t go on the expedition laaa. haha. the seeee-ex[the instructors preferred this name] leaders- qingyuan valencia lynnette jiayun sherlene khai made us meet 15 minutes earlier then the given time[0615 over 0630] tsk. 15minutes means alot when ur in obs. haha. and then we set off earlier then targeted. a good start i must say(: and then kayak kayak kayak. we saw this awesome rainbow laa! oh my god. it was like a full rainbow!!! all seven colours-red orange yellow green blue indigo violet! and we could see the start and the beginning of it! was damn cool man. and i heard there was another smaller one beside it, i didnt see that one thou. but it was a beautiful sight. inspiring(:

after kayaking for a while, we had to enter a SWAMP. MUDDY SWAMP. at the really small turning, there were these gigantic dogs and this small house on shore[which was really close to the SHALLOW waters, which meant the dog scould easily jump in and swim] it was quite scary thou. and my partner aowcihui, was alr screaming cuz she's afraid of dogs. haha. but we all managed(:

then we came to this bridge we couldnt go under so we had to climb over. and guess what that meant? it meant sinking our legs into soft ankle deep mud which would go deeper and deeper as we step into it. and on top of that carrying 24 kayaks on it. RAWR. dahlia and a few others were the first few to get onto the mud. haha. it was quite funny i must say. ahha. dahlia lost her shoe! haha. well i thought that we really were like 'suffer' together cuz while the others were struggling with the kayaks in the mud, the others were baking in the sun. it was quite cool. dahlia and all stopped to think on how to make the situation better. and brilliantly they made used of planks they found nearby. they placed it on the mud and stepped on it. that increased the surface area so pressure wasnt so intense and we wouldnt sink that much. well that made life alot easier. haha. drg our kayak moving process, people stopped and took pictures of us. haha. think they were tourists. haha. but we were all in such an unglam state for picture time. haha. but it was damn memorable, fooling around in the mud and stuff. after all the kayaks were moved up, we really felt a great sense of acheivement. haha. it was great. but we had to move it back down into the water. this time i didnt really help out cuz my arms really weak le and felt slightly faint. oh well. sorry guys! ): then dahlia and i rested in the shade cuz dahlia lost her shoe then couldnt continue to help. yeah. after that i got onto the kayak with cihui and then we had our lunch. we were tired, but hey! we successfully got out of the swamp! that was great.

and then we kayaked somemore.. and we got lost! turn here turn there. then finally some of us saw this small path with footprints? on it. and that was our way. by then, it alr started to rain. and i was feeling feverish and shivering alr. then we had to transport the kayaks up and back down into the water again. i couldnt help much cuz i really had no more strength alr. SORRY. and then we got back onto the kayak. and daniel caught this small little jellyfish. and we played with it! haha. i was cool. felt to soft and jellylike[duh.] haha! great experience thou(:

and then we kayaked abit more, and managed to reenter into the sea. by this time i alr dying. couldnt kayak anymore. then my stomach started to ache and i felt like i was gonna faint. like oh my god lah. couldnt tahan ready. my hands were like frozen. super cold. and thanks aowci, offering to kayak and asking me to rest. thanks really loads. LOVE YOU(: but aowci was also dying. adding on that she didnt kayaked before. and then came darling dahlia and syaz. they switched partners with us. so i was with dahlia and cihui, with syaz. we managed to move on quite smoothly after that cuz dear dahlia still had so much energy in her. haha. after a while, choon spotted another jellyfish. this time it was a huge one with a long tentacle which would sting you. but it was damn cool coming upclose with jellyfishes. hahahahaha.

and like OH MY GOD! we reached!!! haha. we saw the big OUTWARD BOUND SINGAPORE sign! we were like PHEW. then we all got on shore and started cleaning the kayaks. i carried a few up and went to wash the kayaks. ahah. it was quite fun laa all the washing and all. then choon was like spraying water at me. i was freezing my butt off alr lah. then spray somemore. couldnt tahan. was shivering uncontrollably. then sharmaine was like 'omg. look at jasmine. she's like frigging cold' and then i couldnt take it alr. then an instructor asked me go back change into dry clothing first. then dahlia came with me. then after that changed, dry alr. went down and had a debriefing after which we went back to our bunks to wash up. then i was alr washed up mah. so i went down to the canteen to set up everything for my watch. and i went to take the food and all for them laaaa. ((((: cuz i felt so bad. so it was amendment time. yeah. then eunice came in and she was like " omg is that our food?!?!?" haha. and i was like "yah.." haha. and could tell they were all so happy. cuz all tired alr then came in food on the table. seeing so many smiles i made was AWESOME!(((((:

haha. that night was also a funny. haha. we decided to make something for daniel. but we had to lights out at 2300 and were released at 2230 so not much time. then we didnt dare leave the lights on and guang ming zheng da do cuz the first night we got punished. yeah. so we switched off the lights and did it in the common area. where all the mattresses were. haha. then we were saying that when daniel comes in we'll all just plop down and sleep. haha. then we had a few tried and tested times where people would come in after going to the toilet. haha. it was funny. then some of us went " daniel very considerate one, when he open door will be very slow and soft cuz he think we're sleeping alr mah. so we still got abit of reaction time lah " hahaha. to our surprise, he opened the door so fast lah. and we all just plopped down. ahhahaha. it was HILARIOUS. then daniel was like " yall dont pretend ah" haha. then he tripped on us and we jumped up. haha. the rest of us were vibrating cuz we were laughing like shit. hahahahha. that night was super memorable. haha. this was the song we did for him. its sung to more then words.

DAY 5
the last day. awwww ):

everyone was like " its the last time we're doing this.. " everytime we did something like wshing dishes drg lunch. so sad lah. we didnt have pt that day but had a real long morning circle. really made me reflect alot. dont wanna say here thou X: hrm. yeah. it was LIFERUN where we had to go to 12 different stations to reflect on different points in our life. yeah. it was quite meaningful and refreshing. and then at the end of the liferun, the last station i mean, we were asked to run this route to like 'start a new life' yeah. it was really good. really felt like i was a new person, putting down all the horrid and hurtful events and people in my life. THANK YOU OBS(: haha

yeah. we had a final debrief whr we presented the song to daniel. it was quite inappropriate so it wasnt that touching. yeah. then we had a rushed send off. OWELL.

obs was awesome. my instructor, my watch. you guys were great! yeah. im missing obs loads. but owells. everything comes to an end.

OUTWARD BOUND SINGAPORE(:

DAY 1.
WHOOHOO! we reached OBS. awesome. i was so darn happy man(: yeah. hrm. when we reached, we were grouped into 3 watches. well, i thought my watch ws the coolest! haa. and the most FUN. yeah. 16people, dahlia syaz atiqah naz eunice lyn jiaxin grace mumtaz xiaowen qing yuan valencia shermaine sharmaine cihui and me(: it was quite awesome lah. having all these cool people in my watch. yeah. hrm after everything all the briefings and all, we started on ur first challenge, THE ROCK WALL. yeah. there were two walls, one sloping one and the vertical one. yeah. for the sloping one, cuz it was easier, we were challenged to climb it BLINDFOLDED. whao. when i heard it, i was shocked lah. then at first i couldnt one, but yeah. my AWESOME friends spurred me on((((: hrm. then managed to reached the TOP lah. the taste of victory was damn cool. yeah. hrm, and we also took pictureees. ENG SOON. BISCUIT FACTORY. and we're the BISCUITS!(: besides all that fun, we had a real horrid night. hurr. it had so many mosquitoes lah. i couldnt really sleep. kept waking up. OWELLS. then at ard 2am, i woke cihui up go toilet cuz couldnt tahan any longer in bed, then her eyes were like SWOLLEN laa. cuz of all the stupid mosquitoes. of all places, her EYES. -faints- sent her to the medical centre, nurse was sleeping soundly, then after that went to the operations room to inform boon. he got the nurse and the nurse went "theres nothing i can do" and we're like =.='' so that night was FRUITFUL.




DAY 2
we woke up early. [still alot of energy] and then we went kayaking. we had the capsizing drill. haha. it was quite FUN laaa. heh. then after that had lunch and all, then proceeded to the inverse tower. hurr. the tower had two sides, the infront and the behind. cihui and i climbed second, and we did the inside one. we were strapped to each other and had to climb all the way up. it was awesome lah. damn cool. i remembered there was one part where i almost couldnt reached, cuz i missed the staple i was supposed to grab. luckily for cihui who pulled me up. THANKS BUDDY(: thank goodness had cihui there, the climb was quite okay. testing mental and physical strength. well, we managed to reach all the way to the top! cool aye. heres how the tower looks like.



anw, i gotta go now. hrm. i'll continue blogging tmr(: tatax.
